Training Options
We offer a unique whole body plan with a focus on strength and nutrition. You can work with Dena to create a personalized plan that encompasses a long-term lifestyle change.
Private Session
During our initial 15-20 minute consultation over the phone, we will discuss your fitness goals, past workout experience, health history and any concerns you have before moving forward. For your first one-on-one session, we will start with a few standardized exercises to get an idea of how you move and what exercises are appropriate for your needs and goals. Between the consultation and the first session, I will then have the information necessary to design a workout program tailored specifically to your goals and abilities.
Partner Session
Have a group that wants to work out together? We can accommodate up to three people for a circuit workout specifically designed for each person and their individual abilities. Keep in mind, there will be less individual instruction due to the structure of group training.
Virtual Training
Whether you travel for work or enjoy the comforts of your own home, virtual training allows the client to be anywhere. All you need is your own fitness equipment and we can conveniently meet via FaceTime for our one-on-one sessions.
Bootcamp
Saturday mornings we offer a fast-paced circuit class that transitions from outside to inside the studio. Join our fun, encouraging community each week to start your weekend off right.


PAYMENT
Advanced payment is required for each session. Payments via cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.
CANCELLATIONS
If a client can't make a session, 24 hour notice is required to avoid being charged for the session. No call/no show for appointments will result in deduction of one session.
All sessions and packages are non-refundable and expire after 90 days of purchase. If you are out of town, we will freeze your sessions for the dates you're away.
